My Review
Tess and Tattoos is a sweet short story about an elderly woman and the nurse who finds herself drawn to the mystery of Tess.

I really liked this story, and it went in a direction I definitely wasn't expecting. It came as a bit of a surprise, but that's a good thing. Trust me.

Tess is a sweet little old lady living alone in her care home apartment. She's visited one day by a new nurse named Sandra, who immediately finds herself intrigued and curious about Tess. Tess herself is thrilled to have someone to talk to, and soon enough, she's opening up a little to Sandra.

What is Tess's story? How do things play out when Sandra discovers the truth about Tess? You'll just have to read it and find out for yourself.

I found myself relating to Tess a bit in this story. Her past is a bit similar to something I dealt with in my past, and so I found myself liking how strong and courageous Tess was. I don't want to say too much more, though, as it may spoil things, so I'll leave it at that.

I also really liked Sandra. She was kind and caring, and she's the type of person everyone needs in their life. She seemed like a really good friend.

Overall, I'd rate Tess and Tattoos four stars. It was a pretty good read, and I'd recommend it.
